Cancellation policy

We can issue a refund / cancel an order prior to shipment if the order has not gone into fulfillment. If an order is in fulfillment, we may be unable to stop this from shipping, and will need to process a return or exchange instead. 

If an order is final sale, it will be stated in the description of the product.
